We at TheSoulfresh.com strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product delivered is damaged or defective.
